Cayman Islands National Insurance Company (CINICO) is a government-owned insurance company formed to provide health insurance coverage to Civil Servants (employees and pensioners), Seafarers & Veterans and other residents of the Cayman Islands. As a private corporation, CINICO is governed by a Board of Directors  who are appointed by the Cayman Islands Government.

All claims for reimbursement, must have a CINICO claim form completed along with the CMO approved referral (where applicable), receipts, out of stock form, etc to avoid the claim being denied for incomplete submission.
Please note if this process is not adhered to, your claims will be returned to you via mail to be completed for resubmission.
